JPdL, through Tourisme Montréal has been appointed as the official Assembly housing bureau and all reservations with local hotels will be coordinated through them. Only reservations made through the official housing bureau link, which you can click on at the bottom of this page, will benefit from the reduced rate and be counted toward the Conference room block. 

Note that you will not be contacted directly by JPdL to make a reservation.  If you are contacted directly either by phone or email, it will not be by the official supplier and we will be unable to assist you should any issues with your reservation arise.

By guaranteeing a minimum number of room sales, the Conference’s National Organizing Committee has been able to negotiate special conference rates and strongly encourages delegates to use them.  All selected hotels have been pre-screened and are within walking distance from the Conference venue (map).  Only reservations made through the official Tourism Montreal housing bureau will benefit from the reduced rate and be counted toward the Conference room block.

Important Information:
All hotel prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars, per room, per night and guaranteed until the block is sold out or June 25, 2014, whichever occurs first.  Rates are subject to an additional 10.5% hotel tax and 5% GST.
